Complet, Plus, Classic and Elite; four types of policy with the same coverage and benefits, but with specific terms adjusted to the needs of the insurer.

DKV Mundisalud is an insurance policy with mixed character: provision of services in our clinics or refund of expenses, depending on whether you select the health care from the company’s associated list of doctors and centres or not.

Complet, Plus, Classic y Elite are the new modalities of this policy. In each one of the modalities, 90% of expenses are refunded by DKV for treatment abroad, and 80% (or 90% in the case of Elite) for treatment in Spain, although if associated doctors or hospitals are used, DKV will cover all the expenses.

Mundi Classic Annual Global Limit: 205.000 € Hospital care: 185.000 € Specialist Consultation: no limit Prosthesis: 12.000 € General hospitalization: 650 € (80% Refund in Spain and 90% Abroad)

Mundi Elite Annual Global Limit: 300.000 € Hospital care: 250.000 € Specialist Consultation: no limit Prosthesis: 15.000 € General hospitalisation: 900 € (90% Refund in Spain and 90% Abroad)

Hospitalization:

• Surgery, Medical and Paediatric hospitalisation without a limit for the number of days (except psychiatric hospitalisation, with a maximum period of 60 days per natural year).
• Childbirth.
• Dialysis and artificial kidney.
• Intensive Care Unit.

Our health policies include our world wide travel assistance in the event of an emergency for stays of up to 90 days per trip or journey.

Special coverage:

• Preventive medicine: Programme of infant health, for the advance detection of gynaecological cancer in women, for the prevention of heart disease, for the prevention of colorectal cancer, for the prevention of prostrate cancer and of dental health.
• Breast reconstruction.
• Transplants of bone marrow, liver, kidney, cornea and heart.

Worldwide emergency care

Modular policies include Worldwide Emergency Care (when contracting two modules) in the event of an emergency (for stays of up to 60 consecutive days per trip or journey), which includes:

• Transfer and repatriation of the injured and sick.
• The repatriation of the insured person.
• Premature return of the insured person because of a relative’s death.
• Premature return of the insured person because of fire or catastrophe in their home.
• Return ticket and hotel expenses for a relative.
• Medical, surgical, pharmaceutical expenses and those of hospitalisation (up to 6,100 EUR).
• Emergency dental expenses (up to 120 EUR).
• Expenses due to an extended stay in a hotel.
• Shipment of medication.
• Telephone medical consultations.
• Repatriation of the deceased and of the accompanying insured persons.
• Companion in the event of death.
